Melanie Infinger

CEO

Melanie has led business operations and product management as Nursenav Oncology’s CEO since the company’s inception in 2009. Prior to Nursenav, Melanie served as the Director of Business Development for EduCare, a breast navigator training and patient education company, for 10 years. While at EduCare, Melanie and Judy Kneece RN, OCN, President of EduCare, recognized the need for a software platform that would aid nurse navigators in managing ever-increasing patient loads, and provide a HIPAA compliant method for navigators to connect with their patients online. In April 2009 Nursenav launched its SaaS offering, which has quickly become the leading software solution for patient navigation programs across the country. Prior to EduCare, Melanie worked in other areas of healthcare, including a dental management consulting company, and in sales and marketing in the optical industry.

Tim Ammons

CTO

Tim’s 35+ years of healthcare technology experience, and his passion for creatively solving business problems through software, has positioned Nursenav Oncology’s SaaS offering as the market leader for patient navigation software. During his career, Tim has led large development and IS teams in the healthcare environment dealing with HIPAA regulations, while driving software products from inception to completion. Previously, he was the Chief Technology Officer for eCast where he led the development of the company’s SaaS-based EMR and other healthcare-related products. Prior to eCast, he was the Director of IS at Misys Healthcare Systems where he led software development, infrastructure and help desk teams supporting 2500 employees, and was responsible for all corporate IS operations. Tim earned a B.S. degree in Management Science at Duke University, as well as an M.S. degree in Management Information Systems from the University of South Carolina.

Anna Hauser

Product Manager

As a Product Manager for Nursenav, Anna manages new product features and partner integrations from concept to market launch.  In addition, Anna establishes support and training protocols for Nursenav’s client support staff and she is the technical writer for Nursenav’s Knowledgebase.  Prior to joining Nursenav, she served as the Revenue Cycle Director at NorthShore University Health System, where she planned and directed the overall workflow design, implementation, and compliance of the business operation for the Medical Group. Anna has extensive experience in process redesign, creating efficiencies through implementing technology, documenting workflows, and developing training programs for teams. Anna is a small business owner and earned a B.S. degree in Management at the University of Illinois at Chicago, as well as an MBA from National-Louis University.
